Machineflesh 3D Challenge Entry: Nicolas Collings
Hello everyone,
ItÂ’s my first challenge and i think that would be great to be in , more over itÂ’s a good reason to get involved and learn something from you guys.
So here is my idea:
I want to improve a plant by adding up all kinds of things to it ; for instance a regulating water device, a bad grass detector plus a grip to erase it, inside the stalk a bar of metal to strengthen it and then also a sun accumulator.
The veins of the plant will be transparent to make the liquid flow visible.
Everything being perfectly integrated to the plant!
The goal is to achieve a mechanically enhanced super plant.

great idea, not seeing a lot of vegetation related mod’s here… good twist on the normal organic life form. can’t wait to see some more pictures or model basics
Really like to see ideas like this. A lot of people wants to be modeling as soon as posible and this is not right. It´s only a part in the process. To conceptualize an idea is the most important and hardest part and you should spend in it all the time that is necessary. Once you are sure, go, the rest is only work.
