Machineflesh 3D Challenge Entry: Joe Richards
I’m in for this challenge with an augmented police K-9.
A quick list of features:
Improved senses; smell, hearing, vision
augmented musculature - providing increased speed, improved takedown ability, greater digging strength and speed (S&R)
encrypted commlink to handler providing live audio/video feed
Full audio/video recording for police records/evidence
injector/syringe equipped fangs (render a perp unconcious with a single bite), and/or draw a blood sample for immediate testing
subdermal and/or external body armor
a fairly clean sketch of an augmented german shepherd police dog.
uses include narcotics, weapons, and bomb detection, search & rescue, and (foot) pursuit apprehension
Just noticed your entry from another thread…Can’t get to all of them…So many entries…original idea. With this I think all crime will come to a halt…Nice ideas technically as well…Good luck and have fun…
thanks for the reply virtuoso!
I’ve recently designed an airborne transport and deployment craft for this police dog.
The conecpt is a light helicopter from which 2 of these dogs are transported to a crime scene/pursuit and deployed. the helicopter circles above providing recon and coordination between the dogs and other units involved.
the pilot would also be augmented for maximum aircraft control and communication.
Sketches coming soon!
here is a quick sketch of the back of the cyberhounds head showing the visible neural interface components as well as the audio augmentation implants along the edges of the ears.
this is the concept of the aforementioned deployment helo.
Time permitting, I’ll add this in with the dog.
Hi WinterMute… sweet concept man… cant wait to see the model… i really like the visible neural interface…
youre sketches are really amazing. I like especially the two perspective cyber dog sketches (front and back). Can’t wait to see your modeling progress. :buttrock:
Keep it up
amazing dog, i like the last sketch from back of the dog, i like the mechines involved very nice and have great look on the flesh, want to see more…
good luck and rock on:buttrock:
I like the concept. Very well thought out and even somewhat believable in the not to distant future. I look forward to seeing more.
