Another sketch, this one in traditional media. Probably more human (and boring) a design than I want to finally go for.
A bit more work on the modeling. I’ve changed my mind about the body shape; I think I was subconsciously influenced by the body shape of the eva, and perhaps the skeksys from Dark Crystal.

grape, Only a couple of small tests on my site were made with zbrush. I made most of the stuff on my site before I had access to zbrush, so mostly it is just heavy polygon modeling done in 3dsmax. Zbrush works better, and I’l certainly be zbrushing this guy. And I work for Animal Logic.
