Well Its almost there.
I was thinking of adding an electric field to the claw bug and started playing in video post with it last night but it was late and since I hadnt gotten in right I gave up so Ill just have to have another play with it this evening and on the weekend.
Thank god for weekends.

Oh yeah and I am still going to keep the cell with wireframe and whole parts I just didnt reneder that bit properly.
Actually Im still playing with how to get that right.
Also do you think I should but an electrical glow around it aswell. Maybe a different colour

I like your solusions for electricity,well done and the right version is much better!! Maybe some darker colors to the areas which are far from the viewpoint and some DOF or blur in photoshop just for feel the distances. Evereything else is well.

Yeah I liked the one on the right the most aswell.
Im such a dumb ass though I was working on it late at night and saved over the max file with the wrong version. I usually like working into the early hours of the morning but this time it really backfired. Now I cant get the same effect back.
REALLY irritating.
Oh well Ive played with it all over again so I will post up the new images. They are getting there.
But Im still upset about loosing the previous version.
I Cant believe I was so DUMB I overwrote the file with a stuffed up version and I cant remember the settings I used and they where almost perfect. Oh well Ive started again
Trying to get that electric field right all over agian.
Oh and Ive added a field to the claw bug.
Added an electric field to the closest half metal half organic cell.
Not sure about it though and the electric field on the metal cells isnt right yet
Rotated the texture that the glow comes from.
Doesnt make much of a diferance sure the blue lines underneath move but hey. It wsnt what I wanted.
Well Now Im happy with the electric field thats close up. but the one further away looks strange. I guess this time Ill have to use a seperate effect for each. Pitty since they looked cooler before.
Ive also added a laser from the one bug that is cuting away the living cell.
Yeah looks great pity about the original electric field, I like the lazer as well maybe have quite a few lazer coming from all directions. Looking at your picture it looks unoriginal… ooops sorry wrong thread. Ha ha Looks great I still like the claw creature the most, are you finished with the background cause maybe it needs a bit more contrast so that your foregroung stand out more but other than that I like the layout and color.
