this is going to be my final color scheme. since i am pressed for time and i am leaving for the states from canada in about a week and a half ill hope to finish everything by mid next week. anywho please feel free to comment on anything. thanks again to all thoes that took the time to write to meh.

mmmyeah. i worked really hard and digital painting is alot diffrent then treditional mediums… anywho i didnt really learn painter or photoshop i mainly used brush and a few layer options. that’s about it nothing special comment and crits are welcome.

Really great work slav…sorry I’ve not come across it until now - and believe me, I’ve been trying hard to look at all the entries over the last two months!!!
The lighting is really amazing and adds so much life to the composition. I’m a big fan of shadows and moody environments and you have really used the tonal qualities well to add weight and a slightly claustraphobic feel to the environment.
using photoshop and Painter are great tools, but it’s the talent of the user that makes them so powerful. I think what you’ve created is amazing and different from the run of the mill usual and expected subject matter.

The whole idea cames to my mind as a claustrophobic essance. because of the fact that much of my time is spent in my room, I rarely do i get to leave my study and hang around other folks.
The flower is a very elegant life form and i think that the mechanichal element adds to the contrast of the image. The brittle cybernetic being as Guardian of the tiny fragile but very powerful life form is able to convay the contrast between ying and yang … the guardian by having a physically resistant outter core is volnerable only to the metaphysical elements of the flower’s energies. By being opposite i wanted to make them both interconnected, dependant on each other. the whole organic forest as thoes unchanged rainforstests in southern america, to me, gives off an ancient and preserved atmosphere. Alot of comes from the state of the mayian ruins which where presurved through centuries.
Deep in the forsts of a distant land which feeds on it self and gives dependance to all living creature with in it, came along my tale of the fragile mind and the hope which shines to gives the desire of beauty and life to all.

there was no refrence of ANYKIND used. maybe i should of used some but then it would be based on something real. i tried to focus on the more surea.
i hope this gives everyone a greater insight of the inital idea i had be like all art everything is on a constant wave of change.

Thank You for your luck. So, I think you have directed this piece well, the lighting draws your attention to the subject magnificently…(Sp?) Also, You conveyed everything you set out to convey…which, I probably don’t have to remind you, is VERY hard to do as an artist. GOOD WORK.
