Tommy youre a wonderfully creepy human being. Love the peice here. The only thing is that I would like to a touch more color saturation…only a touch. Too much would kill the style.

Your painting is really shaping together really nicely. Your putting some nice detail in. I’m also glad you improved the overall layout of the piece. It was kinda bothering when one of the characters bled off the page. Looking forward to seeing it more finished.

I may be telling you something someone has already mentioned…but I am saying this without reading the entire thread. …and I wanted to get this in before I called it a night.

I am not sure what stage you are at in you process…but I was thinking your foreground elemnts are so heavy in black…that it may be a good idea to have light cast from below …somewhere in the middle ground. That way you could develop a soft bounce of reflected light …or a even a harder rim light… It would add shape and detail to the dark areas …and make it feel more tangible…
anyway…something to think about…

great work…can’t wait to see it finished.

yo dude, hey i had an idea, cause I think you like the sicker the better, i was thinking when your finishing up the peice, you can add a slimy look to the brain, and have saliva coming out of humpty’s mouth, i dont know, maybe you already had that in mind, but it seems like this peice needs to have a kind of slimy look to it, wel allright, its tight man, peace out

things can always get more disturbing, there is always room for more disfunction

like if he thinks he can finish the image for the contest in time
it would be cool if we got gathered a few bucks for Tommy for the

Im sorry i havent seen this thread before, i LOVE your gruesome twist on the whole nursery rhyme story. Its what the shrek and other kids cartoons should have been if some psychotic cyber punk killer was the production designer.
