Thierry Bonnet has entered the Machineflesh 2D Challenge.

I wanted to do something else than big guns.

So I thought that sports is a an activity that could use cybernetics elements to improve the performances in the future.

My favorite sport is basketball, so I choose this one.

I will present the cybernetic prosthetics as advertised products, like the sports shoes today. For exemple : " the new T-600 leg from Roobot, only 19987 $"

Here is a logo for the Cybernetic Basketball Assciation.

I’ll try to creat a complete universe rather than just an illustration…

Wow, exactly the same idea.
I too had thought of presenting it like advertising. (i used to be an ad agency Creative Director)

And for the leg too!!

Strange how people can how the exakt same idea.
Now ive gotta find a twist to my ad.

And i really like your drawings. Very fluent style to them.

I’ll try to get a much darker mood than the actual NBA. The future of sport will be more violent, so I tried to get a feeling of prison for the ground…

I like the design of the players, and the adidas logo is a nice touch :thumbsup:

And the company cba make more money with the TV rights than selling places… Yeah future sucks… :cry:

The fact that you made the logo and everything is great. I’m really interested to see this. Very unique design and idea, well apart from everyone else. Really like it!

I worked more on the mood of the ground.

One of the BIG aspect of this future game is that you can play with the walls !!! And that makes a big difference :slight_smile: I already have some great ideas for some incredibles moves.

Very interesting idea- I love the concept.
One suggestion about the walls and the basket- I see them a bit more “hi-tek”. The walls should have pannels that have different angled surfaces and even different materials so that you can bounce the ball in a different way depending on which part of a section you choose to use.
Just a suggestion- I can’t wait to see the players in!!!
