awesome sketchwork and colour work, i love the concept, kinda scary and painful looking but comedic too. The coloured version as opposed to the plain sketch work really brings the beast to life. good stuff. Youre right about the wings though, they need to be different, something less parachute like. cant wait to see the final thing.

looks great. I love the depth that you’re able to render. My only grievance is that the character doesn’t stand out from the background enough, imho. When I saw the thumbnail on the cgnetworks site I said “huh? Where’s the character?” Maybe if you made him bigger (relative to the background) & moved him a bit to our right? I don’t think it would ruin anything if a bit of his wings were cropped on one side. I personally don’t like the perceived straight line the edge of the waterfall creates on the right side of the image anyway.
