Here is a quick concept sketch, for a basic visual. The idea is for a hellish demon character, but with an industrial machine twist…more to come soon, not the end of concept drawings yet.

Here is a color concept I did off of the above idea. Still developing the torso and head. Thinking of possibly making a female version…anyways, some feedback would be greatly appreciated.
