One crit; Itā€™s a shame you had to add those little scratches in the ā€˜faceā€™, it breaks the unity of the style.

I donā€™t knowā€¦ I tried it and as you said the masses melt into each other, but one thing I absolutely admire about your art is how the viewer can deliberately choose between looking at loose brushstrokes and facets of sensual masses.

What you have managed to bring to this piece is amazing. It is so bright and full of life. Though motionless, it is full of motion. it is so easy to imagine each feather bristling, the eyes prepared to blink, the neck prepared to turn. you have brought again, something entirely new to this new piece; motion and such extreme levels of ā€œlifeā€. great work. 4 sā€™s
