Looking for good Layer Manager /w sub-Layer option

Good Day all,

I have been looking for a good Layer Manager with Sub-Layer option to it.
I have tried Zookeeper, LPM and Teamworks; they are good but I have models with the same name on the parts but the maps path change. Problem is when you merge them to the same screen the map paths are get messed up and point to the original screened model instead of the path-ed maps.

Any other layer manager plugins out there?
