The how to for this is on my DVD. And many other modelling sessions.
The DVD is more or less just screen capture speed up 3x or thereabout and some fluff edited out. You are probably looking for the expensive commercial DVD. This one is near-freeware DVD. Details at the ManifoldLab forum.
