Hi I’m a big fan of digital matte painting and I am looking into learning it - however I was wondering, I’m looking for someone who can design really nice - something like Dylan Cole style images

I want a picture made for a close friend of mine for a special event and was wondering if someone works on freelance here where I could discuss my idea and find out some rates
