Don’t be afraid of overlapping elements, it seems to me that you did little experimentation and were very mathematic making this logo. And by this I mean, don’t be afraid to bend the rules of what you think it is a good aesthetic. Most graphic designers respect design rules and many others try to destroy them to make their own style. Flip the elements around, try different fonts, different colors but in a list try the following:
Overlap elements, the bottle and the font can be closer together, there should be one major element in your logo, that could be either the text or the icon, your call.

Notice how the 20th is the focus, the others are secondary. They are also aligned together.
The frame is a good idea, it helps keeping everything in focus, but use it smart, remember the rule of thirds from photography, it can be applied here. google: rule of thirds.
Everything seems the same value in the logo, there is no lighter or darker element, everything falls the same, imagine a black and white picture, now imagine it mostly black or mostly white, like your logo is mostly dark… not very interesting is it?
Play it analogous, the text is shynedown, maybe play with elements that are shiny? Some highlights on the bottle maybe? It’s your idea, but you get what I mean by analogous now.
The barroque line on top of the frame seems out of space, there doesn’t seem to be any use to it, like the bottle and text have, remember that in design, form follows function, that line has none.
Look up other logotype reference, this doesn’t mean copy them, but find out why and how they work the way they were designed. Draw many thumbnails before you get to a final execution.
