Anyway, to answer your question:
I think it’s a very nice sketch
But remember it’s a toon, not a portrait.
Very basically, you’re a guy with not such big eyes, a thin pointy nose (!) and higher cheekbones…
Some general advise on portraitpainting: when you have the real thing around, use that instead of a photo.
What I usually do for things like this, is taking a very good look at the photo (when there’s nothing else) or mirror/life person.
Than try to do everything by memmory. That makes you focus on the most important personal features. And adjusting things again halfway by taking another good look.
But you could also just start modelling, cause I know you’re a hell of a good modeller and you will get there in the end anyway
