I used a simple fractal noise map in bump slot in a blinn material with a little bit shininess, just.

There’s nothing I can add here.
Concept, modelling, lighting are great.

The only thing I would say (just to piss you off a bit actually :)) is that in my opinion, there’s too much of an owl and too less of a toon character in your Living Toon.

…I mean, I wish your character was a bit more Ila Soleimani-shaped… at least the face.

…maybe what happens here is that yours is probably the most original concept, and I just find it different.

…or maybe Ila Soleimani is actually an owl…

Anyway, just to piss you off a bit, as I said, because this is one of my favorites.
