Light balls and bleed in Mental ray 3dsmax



I’ve been using mental ray quite a lot for my job (im an interior designer not really a 3d artist).

i’ve been using the same settings for months to get the right global illumination when yesterday this happen.


I have been using the same setting for a very long time and i can’t explain why.

i have increased wall thickness and decrease sample size radius and it kinda worked but iwas just decreasing the sizes of the balls icreasing a lot the render time

anyone can help pls? <3
