Leveling out edges?

#1

I was watching one of those nendo in-program tutorials on doing the truck bed, and they did a move that looked pretty slick.

There was a twisted line with like 4 verts on it, thye selected all the verts and pressed SOMETHING and they all leveled out in a streight line. How? Any ideas?

I usuall eity tweak them stright as possible or delete the verts all together to streighten the line then re add them - I’m I inacting more steps than needed?

BTW - I like that macro recorder idea in Nendo, shame wings didn’t incorperate that as well. k3D has it as well…nice touch.

I’d probably use Vert | Scale -> Radial -> 0% (also works with edges)

Do you mean the flatten command?

Select the top half of a sphere (with faces or verts), thenchoose Flatten > Y

@Geespot
I must have still been sleeping when I asked…it was the flatten command (as said in the tell-tale box), but when I had looked at this eariler, I didn’t think I seen flatten inthe vert menu, obviously I was wrong.

@PuzzledPaul
Yours is the method. For some reason (too damn early) I didn’t think about looking at your page…BUT THAT WAS EXACTALLY what I was thinking! Thanks. Again, you seem to have the bases covered for the obscure.
