I’ve never seen a bunch of balls prisoned in a vacuum cage with just a lightsource hanging from nowhere but I’m sure it would look exactly like that!

Nice idea, but… ermm… do something with it. Now it’s just some spheres and reflections, not really special.

CoolBird, i think you need a checkerboard for background. Oh and few lens flairs to spice it up a bit! :thumbsup:

well all i can say is that simple things can be cool. by the way there are more then one light source. if any of you have any phtography lessons you should know that taking a picture of balls/eggs are not as simple as it sonds, because balls are so simple. useing different angles will bring simple things a very different look, thats all there is to those 2 pictures balls form a high angle. I never said anything about i haveing any skills in MAYA at all. Don’t judge art by its process but the final resualt thats why abstract arts out there can be as simple as a line on paper.:slight_smile: and sometimes they add a few lines in different color it can cost like $4000 and people do buy them:shrug:…
