not bad… when it comes to your soncept painting up above, I think you should learn a little bit about perspective, it shoukd help a bit. (or rather much more than a bit…)

Metal gear solid --> Raiden, after spending the whole weekend with playing mgs i had to draw it, not quite finished yet

Thx Marowak =P
I feared that no one would even notice my thread =]

Say, Is there any book about perspective that you could recommend?
had looked through some, but most kinda dissapointed me =(

book…?? well there must be at least a thousand of those… Is there a good one…??? Surely must be, but I personally don’t know any… :stuck_out_tongue:
though I strongly reccomend you Scott robertson’s “basic perspective form drawing” from gnomon DVD. So to be clear - it’s not a book , it’s a DVD with movie tutorials witch explains perspective in a very simple way.Where to get it…?? well you should buy it… or …

Im going to have a look for it
after ive finished the loomis books and those from bridgman( i can highly recommend his books, cause the drawings are very detailed and have some kind of dynamic which i really miss in other books like Hogart`s

My sunday training^^

Question: most of the time i copy resources and have filled nummerious pages, but im not sure if those drawings should find their way to the personal sketchbook thread.
What do you all think?
