Ok, I’m COMPLETELY new to Blender 3d. I’ve used it very little. So far, I can make a sphere, and a cube. That’s it. And I’m having trouble learning it. I do have some experience with 3d however. So, where should I start when learning Blender? If you have any links to great starting places, just let me know. Thanks.
Learning Blender
Uh, doesn’t anyone read the posts? Seems to me that most of you no SOMETHING about blender, it can’t be that hard of a question…
This is actually the Wings3d forum - the Blender forum is a subforum to this one: http://www.cgtalk.com/forumdisplay.php?s=&forumid=91
have a look at the open documentation of blender
there is described everything… not for the actual 2.3 release, but you should be able to do the same things using it …, except maybe for ika, what is too buggy by now …
The best place to learn about blender, and to bookmark for future reference, is the Knowlege Base:

Some of the material is out of date for version 2.28 or 2.30, but it’s still a great resource, and you can add comments to FAQs as well.
Also the forums at http://www.elysiun.com are great, and there is an IRC channel on irc.freenode.net called #blenderchat.
Here is the (still in-progress) 2.2x documentation: http://download.blender.org/documentation/html/
And there will be a book published in late december:
