I have a begginer questin, i will appreciate any tip or direction.
I am using 3ds Max 2012.
I am trying to model a tree leaf.
- I add a picture on the plane sufrace, then use lines to create a closed spline, model of a leaf. Sufrace modifier doesnt work, quadrifiy mesh or face extrude or suface mapper works to fill the spline and have leaf model. (plane of a leaf)
When I create editable poly It is a big 1 poly with many verticles, if i add tesselate its a mess.
What should i do, fast way preferably, use, that model will have nice quad like polygons in the middle and more of the polyons at the edges of the leaf and wont be such a mess.
