Congratulations on ur entry and ur prize, this is a wonderful piece of work, the posture would be the best aspect for me , u can get the mood oif that orc for how he is standing.

Altought it wouldnt be a critic, maybe just a sugesstion , in my opinion a more yellowish fantasy mood light , like the mood the diablo contest winner has in that Diablotower painting, i think that would improve alot ur scene.

The scary part is you might have inspired an army of imitators. Orcs galore! Who would think there would be more than one orc. :twisted: Hopefully this guy will wield the hammer more viciously. And crush the other orcs. For the HORDE!

Beautiful work! The matte paining also brings a lot more depth to your piece. Great composition, cool clouds.

My only crit would be that maybe you could have exaggerated the area around the eyes/brows a little more. Now it feels a little bit flat. If you made the eyes a little larger and brows fuller, he would look even more menacing. But excellent work, man!

Can’t wait to get my hands on Mudbox when it is released. :slight_smile:

I love it.
Would you be so kind as to provide some insight behind the rock surfaces? Of course it’s all amazing but for some reason I’m intrigued by the rocks in the foreground. Those have to be some of the most realistic rocks I’ve seen in 3d.
