I know for the fly sound, i don’t like it too… We try very hard to find a realistic sound, but for timing and money reasons we didn’t find the good one…No real Sound Designer worked on this project, so i did what i can… :shrug:

Perhaps something like the sound of bird wings, manipulated … But as I said, the optic compensates that in an overwhelming
way… if there was no sounddesigner, it’s quiet good as is.

That is the most amazing short film i’ve ever seen. I love it!!! Amazing character animation and I love the way the back rounds are altered photo’s rather than 3d. You get just as good an effect if not - a better one. What camera matching technique’s were used??? Did you take measurments from the real locations??? Great work guy’s, I’ll be keeping an eye on the site!!! Love the music to. Wonder if it’s available on cd???

It was realy good.
Crits:
-i didnt understand the story. but then again i figure it was a music video format so it dosnt realy need one.

  • the trans of the smoke into nothingness from the womens bodies dissipates way to fast. i figure some time of particals would flow from it and dissipear.

I was truly amazed and inspired by this short. It looks so professionally done. I watch it every now and then and every time I am more and more amazed by the quality of work put into it. It makes me want to push my self to work harder on my stuff.

I like the fact that you put the making of on the site. It helps others a lot to show that you don’t have to do a huge amount of work to make something look amazing.

I like the story idea and I love the music. The models are amazing. I like the fact that they are not completely realistic. It adds a nice style and since the story is a fantasy, the plastic-like models adds to that.

I love the song. Could you tell us who the artist of the music is? It is a nice tune.

l’ambiance est excellente, l’animation est parfaite et que dire du compositing …
le seul petit reproche : la texture du prince aurait pu etre un peu plus detaille
pour deux mois de boulot c vraiment bluffant
