Layers - ability to reorder?

I have a question about MB layers - under the Fcurves panel - is it possible to reorder the layers?

you can’t really reorder layers, as each new layer is based on the ones below, move one up and it will be diffrent motion than below. you can always delete a layer to move them down and add a new one on top etc… or copy the keys , remove the layer, paste them on a new layer but it will "look diffrent, or could depending on what your animating.
