Lamborghini Murcielago, Reiv (3D)

#1

Hi guys! Here is the latest render of my Lamborghini Murcielago.
I’ve tried to make something having style, I hope you’ll enjoy

Edit: Updates at pages 4 & 5

The model looks good, but you will have to work on the car material, it’s not reflective enough.

Awsome job:applause: I like the style something different but very nice. Painter is it ?

not all cars have to be reflective you know. I love the paint realy different from what most people do but Differentiates you from them and thats great.

Kinda looks like silk

great job on the modelling also

Modelling is great, very good model , but yes reflexion are’nt crisp enough and well defined, it’s like velvet surface. Otherwise this is beautifull

Thx for comments.

The car is very reflexive but reflexions are blured. That’s why it has a litte 2D style.
I model and render it with 3dsMax5.
Here’s the same pic with non-blured reflexions.

wow looks really good reiv!! great modelling and great materials! good job

@ t-man152 : You have stolen my avatar!!!

The second redering looks wicked. It really brings out the model’s lines. I also like how the light is reflecting the bottom side of the front air dam. good job! This would make a great poster for print.

I have this avatar in every Forum I go to its even on my MSN 6 photo. theres no stealing going on here just coincidence. another coincidence is that we have about the same number of posts

Sorry I wont change my pic because I always use this and if I have friends from other forums who come to this one they can recognize me. Ill try to change the color in Photoshop to make it a little different

#11

dude, that is just ill, one of the most beautiful car renders i’ve seen on cg talk

#12

man that looks pretty nice… one thing… i think that reflector in front of the rear wheel on the side of the car is offset from the body or something…

#13

Top notch car! I love the rims, very stylish and realistic. The whole thing flows together quite nicely, I like both of your renders though!

#14

I definatly like this one! It looks very clean modelled well!

#15

great jobs…now try to work on the details of the wheels caz i can see the ground thru the one at the back…so put something there(like those break circle things)…but overall looks awsome.

#16

I luv it ! just the orange make the car looks a little fake look but its ok. a little red or gray would be hardcore

cheers

#17

Talk about a shining example that you shouldn’t overuse reflections

#18

Yea cool Man! Good c&c it really paid off. The first looked a lil like a painting. “Jocke” just asked for “painter?” :scream:

Did you make Interior? Let us see!!! And wip? Do you got something else to show of this baby? Some other Perspectives, wires… steps… maybe even in another thread.
