July 2002 Challenge is now Over - Please read

First I just want to say well done!!! This was the biggest challenge to date, with over 200 entries, it should prove interesting come voting timeā€¦

Things to note

  • Please no more updates after this timestamp, if you choose to update your entry after this timestamp, it will be disregardedā€¦

  • Iā€™ve assembled the ā€œcouncilā€ who will be setting up the challenges from now onā€¦ this team consists of

  • Iā€™ve decided to wait until the new challenge site is up and ready to start voting on this months challenge, their weā€™ll announce the ā€œwinnersā€ and have special in depth interviews with particular artists on their accomplishmentsā€¦

  • I will also post the May/June results at that time, where the winners can pick up their digital trophiesā€¦

The new challenge will be underway very soon, so either take a lil break or jump right back in if you wish :wink:

I really hope I can get myself in on the next one :slight_smile:

Nothing particular to say but that u done a great job.This is an incredible site 4 artists or cgi lovers.And every time this place is going to be more interesting and well managed!!The new challenge site is a great news 4 all the challengers (and this challenge prove that there are a lot!!)ā€¦well,just a thing.Like me
the first time,the newcomers have not a perfect knowledge about all the challenge process.Sometime,someone ask me about it.But the rules may change and i not able to be so userfull as needed.
So,may be and userfull thing 4 all the artists to have a info page always open with all the current rules and faq about the entire challenge process (in the same way of the challenge guidelines).
Maybe all this is present somewhere in cgtalk,and i havent still noticedā€¦if so,sorry 4 talking about existing thingsā€¦:wink:

I have really enjoyed this challenge even though I only started on friday.

man the challenges are always awesome this next one will be the first one ill be following from the start, though i wont be submitting anything since im just learning 3d modelling:shrug: , i cant wait for the challenge site to be up:thumbsup:

lots of us are learning :wink: best way to learn is to join the challenge and get people to comment on it
