I am working on my VFX showreel in which I am trying to show jaw removal by
taking it from face by hand which is a shoot and then attaching a new jaw
I have done face tracking in PFTrack and compositing in NUKE all is fine but just one problem
I am not able to find a way to remove jaw which is a 3D object from face
I have setup proper 3d scene with Nuke all objects are in Face ( face , Jaw , skull all are 3D )
which is properly textured but Jaw removal is problem. I have tried Mocha and nuke for hand tracking which gives me a new scene but it is not matching
Please give me some solutions.

What does a face without a jaw look like? you have to make a mask, textrued with blood and guts I guess, and “reveal” that as the CG jaw comes away. If the actor turns their head or anything during the removal, then you make a 3D “un-jaw”, using a shot or frame where the actor is not there, to “show” the wall or whatever is behind the actor as a texture for the mask. That way, it will “look” as though the jaw is not there.
