Hi! It’s possible create this 3ds max “biped” (image) in Maya?

If your asking if you can build the rig as quickly and simply as you can in max, then no.
This rig would need to be custom built in maya, so technically the answer to your question would be yes - to an extent, however it would not be easy to build it with the same/similar functionality.

…aah … I understand. This biped is actually very practical.
I wish there was this function in Maya because Maya is a software, compared with 3DS Max, with has more dynamic in interface. And this is equivalent for this goal.

in comparison, there are plenty of free rigs/auto rigging scripts that are more than capable.
have a look on creativeCrash.
you can also use the human Ik skeleton integrated in maya, very fonctional with a UI and all.
look up the doc for it.
