After perhaps the longest decision making process ever…(no comments Wegg!:wise:)…it arrived yesterday!! Yes. I’m officially a Messiah: workstation owner. I have to compliment pmG (Paula) on the excellent turn around time. Received a confirmation email of purchase and then a tracking number the same day, and Messiah a few days later. Was surprised that the packaging was for 2.1. But no biggy to download the latest update. I must say it was wonderful to render at a reasonable size, you can truly see the beauty of the rendering engine.

Well I am an American Expatriot living her ein China. Messiah is compleatly unkown here. Just Max and Maya they are all pirated here too. I really wanted to get legit software that I can take back with me to the states. So I looked at what I had for cash and what did I want for software. Cash well there were a few other options but since I am comfortable with my modelers Messiah made more sense. I really like it. I wanted rigging that works and I want a good renderer. Messiah is picky about geometry though. Kind of good forces you to be more disiplined.
I am moving back to the states this summer to Minnesota it looks like now. Some programs that are quite common are unknown here like Lightwave or C4D.
