issue with UV Unwrap in 3ds max

Hello everybody,

I try to render out a big street with UV unwrap in 3ds max with a large bitmap (12000*12000)because I want to have a deep detail about the street but the issues appears when I try to render very close ,the far part of the road is very strange (some like there not enough pixels on the bitmap)

Can someone can tell why this is happening and what can I do to have a nice and clean render?
