Issue with base colour artifiact

first time using SP for my project. as you can see there are no overlapping uv, but when you zoom it really close to this one particular spot, you see this artifact, this white dot which I believe is the default shader colour showing through… I have the update nVidea driver and I tried many methods, increase dilation in AO and curvature map baking, there anti aliasing, padding…I even tried just cut that affected piece of geometry out as a seperate uv island, but the white dot still followed…

is it a bug?? has anybody experienced this kind of problem? I don’t think is the AO or curvature map issue, I tried to paint over that spot, but nothing worked… at the end of the day, I can always fix it in photoshop…
