Is there any way to fix the long-running bug where edit poly objects become corrupted in newer versions of Max?


My lovely old Gundam model has gone all shitty and torn apart… I can’t even remember what is was supposed to be like!


Wow, never seen this before. Was it an editable poly or did it have an edit poly modifier? If the latter, did it have a modifier below it that no longer is supported? Or a plugin modifier that you don’t have anymore?


it is an edit poly modifier - all the plugins are there…

This is a known bug as it goes… but the file is so old… like 2005 maybe :slight_smile:
