Is there a way to flip a face that had the normals pointing in the wrong direction?

#1

I have a weapon that I’ve put a decent amount of time into. I recently noticed that on the inside of one of the spikes there is a single face (at level 0 resolution) that somehow got its normal flipped. I’m not sure how this happened since I extruded multiple spikes at the same time and this is the only one with the issue.

Question: Is there any way to flip a normal to fix this, or do I have to go back and retopo the whole darn thing?

PS: I posted this same question at “The Area” so if I get an answer there, I’ll post it here to share.
