Is there a Discreet equivalent to Photoshop?

Just as Abobe do AE and Discreet do Combustion is there a Discreet equivalent to Photoshop?

Nobody makes a Photoshop equivalent.

Honestly though, AE, Combustion and Shake are essentially just Photoshop for movies. There is no reason you can’t load up a still image in combustion and render out a single frame.

This is especially true considering that AE and Combustion can load Photoshop filters as operators.
