Just do it as hotkeys. heres my setup:
f,g,v,b faces edges, vertices, body selection mode.
first row: wert take off of maya’s qwert, move, rotate, scale,
tweak with shift, ctrl, alt, ctrl/shift for the normal, x, y, z axis. these are consistant throughout all selection modes.
the hotkeys then vary from there are specific to the modes. as edges really only has a few useful operations, edge loop, ring, connect and divide by n-amount (which seems to be permenantly assigned to the number row), thats only three keys, a,s, and c with variations done by ctrl, alt, or shift.
also i have shift-tab, tab, and shift-q to change the view modes between smooth shaded, proxy-mode, wireframe
the same can be done with all the other modes, making it possible to have your hand only on the left side of the keyboard and not have to stretch.
I know you wanted the stuff in the r-click menu, but thats just slow compared to hotkeys.
[edit] It was in the main forum, it’ll probably be easiest to find by searching for Bay’s username (i think its bay), cause he doesnt post much, and no he was dissing wings, he just saw some better features in Mirai, several of which have since then been incorporated because of his suggestions.
