Is it bad to put ripped 3d models in your game animation reel for job applications?

For example, say you wanted to make a reel with tracer in it and you had the means to through OW datatools, would animating this character and putting it on your reel put you on some blacklist?

You are breaking copyright by that. Isn’t this reason enough already?
