I was expecting quite a lot from Rhino4’s construction history but already during the WIP pahse I understood that is not gonna be a real improvment. sincerly I never use it (only when working with the bend along curve tool - btw a real improvement in vers. 4 !!!)
I wonder if it is me that just can’t use it? or is everybody agreeing that this isn’t the big step forward?
Generally I think the guys where just “inspired” by the Alias StudioTools history instead of aiming on SolidThinking and CSI’s Concept3d / Unlimited integration of a history!
I wanna see the possibilty to surpress certain actions in the history (let’s say surpress the filleting, isntead of saving the non filleted object on an extra layer), be able to switch between different curves while using the trim or wirecut tool, etc!
I wonder if there are any plans to improve it?
