importing uv's map from one mesh onto another mesh thats riged?


I’ve run myself into a little mess.

i have a fully rigged character that i used automatic mapping on. now i wanted to skin the character properly but i want to export the obj into a seperate program to edit the uv’s in. how would i now transfer the information of the uv’s from the new object onto the rigged object?

I hope i haven’t gotten myself into to big of a mess…


found solution. i jusy copied the weights.
