importing OMF.2 files

Hi guys, don’t normally hang around the Shake forum but have a rather urgent query, if anyone can help.

I need to import OMF.2 files from an Avid Adreneline into Shake 3 on Mac - any ideas if this is possible/advisable?

Output mov from avid, or use tif sequence
