Importing brocken seqs

I have to import 2K scans from a central storage. However the naming conventions of the files appear as 90100-91223,101000-102300,…@.dpx in the Shake browser as a single sequence. I need to see these as separate sequences because they need rendered out as the same filename. Please help.
