Importing .3ds files and settings

Crossposting this. Where can I find all the maxscript settings that come with importing .3ds files?

I’m especially interested in forcing the import to automatically choose

  • completely replace current scene

  • uncheck [Convert Units]

it’s pretty easy to do with the DialogMonitorOPS. There were many examples on this forum. But it’s hard to find them now with new forum GUI

Yeah the new forum doesnt help at all. Also I noticed many users left to the official Autodesk forums. I tried looking up the settings in the read-me file but was unable to find any info. Google doesn’t help either.

There is no way to do this without DialogMonitorOPS?
