Hello am new to Fusion just installed version5x on my machine, seem to be having an issue just get an X mark in the views instead of seeing the footage/image loaded any suggestions would be of great help thanks a ton in advance.

Sounds like a graphics card issue. Fusion requires up to date drivers and a reasonably modern ATI or NVidia graphics card. My first suggestion would be to update your drivers. If that doesn’t help, post your OS, graphics card, and driver version here, and I’ll see what I can do to help.
