Im losing my cluster object!

I setup a morph blender to help me rig my character.

everything works fine but on reaload my cluster gets dropped!

meaning, when i reopen my scene, the slider that contains the object i morph to gets blank and nothing shows up in teh drop down list. also when i go into cluster create section, no objects show up in the create cluster section. whats wrong here?

also when i click load object for current channel and select a layered file, i cant specify which layer to use, it just grabs a random layer…

Object location?

I’ve not had this. I’ve got a character with a loads of morph blends (after a divorce from superblender!) but haven’t come across this. I can only think that, for some reason it can’tfind the morph tarrgets…Are you using layered objects? I’ve never dared!

Can you split them up and try again? - I’ve kept everything super duper easy since my battle with Super Blender!Let me know if that works.

Layer support was always unrelieable, although I never really understood why…
So I would also suggest going without layers - as much as it hurts.

yeah it works without layers but it does hurt…i like to keep my non deformed objects together and weight maps separate, since im replacing the weight with the non deformed, i have to do it back asswards… :frowning:

Yeah, it is a major pain in the behind - maybe post it to the bug thread, since it is one of those real showstoppers for a fluid workflow IMO.
At least I would like to understand what the problem is…
