Hello

Ive started with 3D in mid 2012 and I have been lurking this site ever since. Also, I make sure to do whatever I can to view my work/ skill as objectively as possible without asking for outside help, however, its gotten to a point where its not so easy for me to gauge on my own anymore.. So im hoping some of the amazing talented artists here can give me some feedback in terms of the level of my art and technical knowledge.

Im currently learning how to rig at the moment, but I took some time off of that to do this quick bust study/ modeling session. Everything ive learned is through self-study, and this will be my first work that I ever posted.

Visit here too see the full size:

And on my blog site, I highlight some of my problem areas, as well areas where I feel I need to improve:

Any critique will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I think it’s pretty good for the face.

Just need work on the chest area. Doesn’t look she has a ribcage or collar bone. Also the boobs are not attach properly. They need to connect to the armpit.

Ah yes. I see what mean by the breast. It looks like as if it “someone” had just slapped them on and called it day… lol

And you’re right about the clavicle. It does need further definition as well. I thought what little I had in that area was enough to help define it. But under certain lighting, it is hard to make out the form. I see that now.

Here are the comparison renders with corrections for both the clavicle and breasts.
