I have to add a shift ik_fk rigs in the method Cosman
As a foot separately, option was to make a point constrein and rotate constrein for maya, a similar instrument in the messiah is dynamic parent, but the transition was not correct working, and can shift ik_fk only one frame.Is there any idea of how to fix them, and to ensure a smooth transition in ik fk.

with the rig of joe is not satisfied with this, and better, I could not, so I created a rig legs, can download and test, I would like to hear your comments on this rig, can be something to add another
The purpose of the foot was to do something really simple and would cover 90 percent of what feet do, which is stay on the ground. if you are having issues with a switch, I would suggest doing a straight hierarchy (thigh, Calve, ankle, toe) and use an IK “Shoe” to control that.
build a separate IK foot, and use Moveto() and Align() to make the ankle and toe attach to the Shoe.
it’s common practice in other programs that need to have an unbroken heirarchy(such as Motion Capture rigs) to do it this way.

Can you do an updated IK leg CD. Broken Rigs. Stretch and Squash. Maybe even some updated workflow tips.
