Just be patient with your self and take steps don’t try to do everything all at once. Work on some drawing work on some 3d.

The other plan is how I first learned. Plan out a project. A really neat project you really like then basically Bash your head against the key board till it resembles what you want it to look like. Unfortunately this can have the effect of not working if your vision outstrips your technical knowledge. But its a great way to jump into the Deep end.
