I need a tutorial about Inputs in Autodesk Maya

Hi everybody !
Im a new in Maya. Migrated from C4D. I bought an introduction to Maya. Its really good, but I think I need a clear and full tut about “Inputs” and relations in Maya. I googled it but find nothing specified. Inputs is an strange method (Generally) for a C4D user. what can I do to find a good resource ? Thnx !
