ok stupid question, the documentation that installed with LW 8. how do i get it to open correctly. right now it’s retarded cause i have to use the little letter search thingy to search.

i’ve tried linking to adobe but its still the same. any pdfs?
i also tried newtek site cant find where i log in.

Im having a senior moment

Im actually trying to get morphs to work with the LW DTS Exporter for TGA.

I’ve tried relative morphs but it repositions my layered object when imported.
So i figured I’d try an absolute morph but I don’t even know how to get those to work
inside of LW.

I know what you mean, the help system is screwed in v8…at least mine was too. Luckily I worked somewhere that had a hard copy at the time, perhaps that’s how they get you to buy them?

If it helps, I think that it works differently with different browsers. I can’t recall exactly but maybe try a different browser.

I had a similar problem with the LW help files.

It turns out it was a Flash security issue where I had to allow the Flash browser plug-in to use the LW help file.

I can’t recall the specifics right now but I do recall I had to change the preferences on the Adobe Flash website itself. I’ll see if I can find the llink to post later.

Found it >>

Thanks that worked. I had to put it on “always” for it to work.
