I would suggest you move or change the mountains behind the head of the rider. You want to have that head constrasted against something so it sticks out more, with a clear contour, instead of blending more into the background. You can try making the mountains darker and with less texture, or hide the mountain with a blanket of mist.

I would suggest you punch up the main focal point more–so there’s a stronger sense of selective detail/contrast.
